RIYADH, March 4, 2013 (WAFA) – President Mahmoud Abbas Monday discussed with US Secretary of State John Kerry in Saudi Arabia the latest developments in the peace process.
Abbas held a closed meeting with Kerry that followed a session in the presence of the delegations from both sides.
The meeting took place in Saudi Arabia after Kerry has cancelled a visit to Palestine and Israel due to delay in the formation of an Israeli government.
Abbas, who left Saudi Arabia after the meeting, had earlier met Saudi officials and briefed them on the situation in the occupied Territory, particularly Israeli violations in Arab East Jerusalem.
