Israel Arrests 16 Palestinians in West Bank, Jerusalem

WEST BANK, January 12, 2015 (WAFA) – Israeli Forces arrested late Sunday and early Monday 16 Palestinians in different cities and towns across the West Bank and Jerusalem, according to reports by security and local sources.

Israeli forces raided several homes in the town of al-Samou’ south of Hebron early Monday, and arrested Sanad Badareen, Qusai al-Salameen , Mosaab al-Salameen, Zahir al-Mahareek, Mohammad al-Salameen.

Meanwhile, two minors were arrested in al-Esaweyeh, in East Jerusalem. According to witnesses Nadeem al-Safadi, and Qusai Dari were arrested after Israeli forces raided their homes and searched it. The two were taken to a detention center in the city.

According to security sources, Israeli forces raided the town of A’sera al-Shamaliya, North of Nablus and arrested Ubbai Yaseen, Osama Shuli, Mohammad Shuli, Amir Hamadneh, and Qusai Hamadneh.

Israeli forces also raided Askar refugee camp East Nablus, at dawn and arrested Yaseen Abu Lfah, as local sources reported.

They also raided the town of Taybeh, west of Jenin late Sunday, and arrested three Palestinians. According to security sources, Ahmad Ighbareyeh, Mohammad Ighbareyeh, and Hady Ghalyoun were arrested.
