Israel Blows Up House, Kills Two Palestinians in Qalandia Refugee Camp

RAMALLAH, November 16, 2015 (WAFA) – Israeli army forces invaded the Qalandia refugee camp before dawn on Monday, blew up the house of a Palestinian prisoner and killed two Palestinian youth after confrontations broke out in the camp, according to local sources.


Two Palestinians were killed and three others injured, after Israeli soldiers destroyed the house of prisoner Mohammad Abu-Shahin, during a predawn crackdown on Qalandia  refugee camp, south of Ramallah.


During the clashes, Israeli soldiers used live ammunition towards the protesters, killing 21-year-old As’ad Masrah and 28-year-old Ahmad Abu-al-Eish.


Four other Palestinians were also injured by live bullets during the clashes, one of them is in critical condition. They were transferred to nearby Palestine Medical Complex for medical treatment.


One of the wounded, Yousef Abu-Latifa, 17, was detained by the Israeli army from an ambulance while he was being transferred to hospital.


Today’s extrajudicial killings bring the number of Palestinians killed since the beginning of unrest in early October 2015 to 88, including 18 minors and two women, according to the Ministry of Health.
