BETHLEHEM, August 7, 2014 (WAFA) – Israeli forces on Thursday arrested two Palestinians in the West Bank district of Bethlehem, in addition to a youth in Jenin as well as summoned his brother for interrogation, according to local and security sources.
In Bethlehem, army forces stormed Dehesheh refugee camp, to the south of the city, and arrested two Palestinians, 39 and 32, after raiding and searching their houses.
Meanwhile, army arrested a youngster, 19, after raiding and searching his family home in the town of Ya’bad, to the west of Jenin, as well as handed a summons to his brother to appear for interrogation at Salem military compound.
In the meantime, the Palestinian Prisoner’s Club (PPC) said, in a statement on Thursday, that at least 120 Palestinians were arrested by the Israeli army in the West Bank and Jerusalem during the first week of August.
PPC said 30 Palestinians were arrested in Hebron, 23 in Jerusalem, 20 in Ramallah, 14 in Bethlehem, 14 others in Jenin, 8 in Salfit, 5 in Nablus, 3 in Tubas, 2 in Tulkarm, and 1 in Jericho.
