HEBRON, October 8, 2015 (WAFA) – Israeli forces shot and injured three Palestinians and detained two female school students during clashes that erupted on Thursday in Beit Ummar town, north of Hebron, said a local activist.
Local anti-wall and settlement activist Mohammad Awad told WAFA clashes erupted between Palestinians and Israeli forces that opened fire on the former.
The three injured locals were rushed into Hebron hospitals, where medics described their condition as moderate. While the two female school students who were detained by Israeli forces during the clashes were identified as Jumana Ibraighith and Shorouq ‘Awad, both 16.
Israeli forces fired tear gas canisters, live ammunition and rubber-coated steel bullets, hitting and injuring three locals with live ammunition in their lower parts.
