Israeli Forces Arrest Eight Palestinians from West Bank Districts

BETHLEHEM, September 23, 2014 – (WAFA) – Israeli forces arrested early Tuesday eight Palestinians, including two minors, from West Bank districts, said local security sources and activists.

In Bethlehem district, Israeli forces raided Taqou‘ to the east of the city, where they arrested three Palestinians between the ages of 17 and 19 years after breaking into and ransacking their homes.

They also raided Aida refugee camp to the north of the city, where they arrested a Palestinian after breaking into and ransacking his home.

Meanwhile, Israeli troops raided al-Kharruba neighborhood in Jenin, where they arrested a Palestinian after breaking and wrecking havoc into his home.

Troops, using canine dogs, also raided al-Marah neighborhood in the city, where they arrested a 17-year-old Palestinian after breaking into his home.

Meanwhile in Ramallah district, troops arrested a Birzeit University student, who is a resident from Jenin, after breaking into the students’ dormitory in Birzeit, according to Palestinian Prisoners Society (PPS).

In Jericho district, troops arrested a Palestinian from Aqbat Jaber after breaking into and ransacking his home.
