Israeli Forces Shoot, Injure 3, Many suffocate during Bethlehem Clashes

CLASHES BETWEEN ISRAELI SECURITY FORCES AND PALESTINIAN PROTESTERS NEAR THE WEST BANK VILLAGE OF BITDUKU

BETHLEHEM, July 22, 2014 – (WAFA) – Three Palestinians were shot and injured with rubber-coated steel bullets, while several others suffocated during clashes that erupted Tuesday early night with Israeli forces at the northern entrance of Bethlehem, said witnesses

Clashes erupted in the vicinity of Bilal Bin Rabah mosque, where Israeli forces fired tear gas canisters and rubber-coated metal bullets at Palestinians who rallied in solidarity with Gaza Strip, condemning the ongoing Israeli military aggression, atrocities and massacres committed by Israel against Palestinian civilians in the besieged enclave.

Three Palestinians were injured with rubber-coated metal bullets and several others suffered from tear gas inhalation. They all received medical treatment at the scene.
