Israeli Soldiers Kill Palestinian after Alleged Attack North of Hebron

HEBRON, November 4, 2015 (WAFA) – Israeli forces Wednesday shot dead a 22-year-old Palestinian at the northern entrance of Halhoul town, north of Hebron, said local and media sources.

WAFA correspondent in Hebron said Israeli soldiers opened live fire at Ibrahim Sameer Skafi, killing him at the scene.

Israeli police claimed, in a press statement, that soldiers shot a Palestinian driving a Palestinian registered vehicle after running over two soldiers on Road 60 at Halhoul junction.

Following the incident, local security sources told WAFA that the Israeli army shut down the Gush Etzion junction ahead of cars driving from and to the city of Bethlehem.
