Settlers Attempt to Snatch Two Girls, Teen near Hebron

HEBRON, October 8, 2015 (WAFA) – Israeli Jewish settlers last night failed to kidnap a Palestinian teenager and his two sisters in the town of Beit Ummar, according to local sources.

WAFA correspondent said settlers attempted to snatch 12-year-old Nidal Alami and his two sisters, who were not identified, while they were on their way to a grocery store in the town, but the three were able to escape successfully from the scene.

This comes amid an intensified wave of violence by Jewish settlers in multiple areas across the West Bank, following the murder of four settlers in two separate incidents last week.

At least eight Palestinians were killed by Israeli security forces across the West Bank during the past few days.

On July 31, a group of Jewish fanatics killed 18-month-old Ali Dawabsheh and seriously injured his entire family, during a predawn arson attack, which targeted two homes in the village of Duma, south of Nablus.

The baby’s father, Sa’ad Dawabsheh, died of his wounds at an Israeli hospital about a week later, while his mother, Riham, 27, died of her wounds over a month after the incident.
