HEBRON, August 9, 2014 – (WAFA) – Several Palestinians suffocated Saturday during clashes that erupted with Israeli forces at Bab Az-Zawiya in downtown Hebron, said WAFA correspondent.

Clashes erupted between dozens of Palestinians and Israeli forces following news about the death of Nader Mohammad Idriss, 42, who succumbed earlier to wounds he sustained Friday afternoon during clashes in Hebron city.

Israeli troops fired tear gas and acoustic canisters, causing several protesters to suffer tear gas inhalation. They all received medical treatment at the scene.
