Suffocation Cases in Israeli Attack near Bethlehem’s Stadium

BETHLEHEM, August 5, 2013 (WAFA) – Several Palestinians Monday suffered from suffocation due to gas inhalation after Israeli soldiers fired tear gas canisters towards Palestinians in the vicinity of al-Khader football stadium in al-Khader town, south of Bethlehem, according to local sources.

They told WAFA that forces deliberately fired tear gas canisters towards Palestinians while they were leaving the stadium, causing several suffocation cases among them.

They were all treated at the scene.
