Two Injured with Bullets in Army Crackdown on Hebron

HEBRON, October 18, 2015 (WAFA) – At least two Palestinians Sunday were shot and injured with live ammunition and rubber-coated bullets used by the Israeli army, as they stormed Hebron city in the early morning hours, according to local and security sources.

The sources said that two Palestinians were shot in their arms during the clashes. The two, Suleman Ziro and Ebeid Ghazzawi, were transferred to hospital for medical treatment. Four Palestinians were detained during an army raid on Palestinian homes.

Forces reportedly assaulted Palestinians living close to seam zone area; close to Israeli settlements.

According to the Ministry of Health, at least 40 Palestinians have been killed by the Israeli army and police since the beginning of violent unrest across the west Bank, including Jerusalem, on October 1, 2015.
