Update: Israeli Forces Detain 14 Palestinians from West Bank

JERUSALEM, November 9, 2015 (WAFA) – Israeli forces overnight and Monday morning detained 14 Palestinians from West Bank districts, said the Palestinian Prisoners’ Club (PPC) and WAFA correspondent.

Israeli forces detained six Palestinians from Jerusalem, three others from Nablus district, two from Ramallah district, and another from Qalqilya district, one from Tulkarem district and another from Hebron.

Israeli police detained five Palestinians in raids into several Jerusalem neighborhoods, including al-‘Issawiya. One of the detainees was identified as Muhammad ‘Ubeid.

Furthermore, Israeli Prison Service guards detained a Palestinian woman from Jerusalem as she was visiting her husband, who is detained in the Israeli detention center of Eshel. Samia Mashahra was detained while visiting her husband, Fahmi, who is sentenced to 20 life sentences in Eshel.

Israeli forces raided the northern West Bank district of Nablus, where they detained two Palestinians after breaking into and ransacking their houses in al-Makhfiya neighborhood. The detainees were identified as Mu‘ath Mousa, 23, and Yasser Manna‘, 24.

Israeli forces in Hebron detained another Palestinian from Nablus district. He was identified as ‘Abdullah Bahsh.

Meanwhile in the central West Bank city of Ramallah, forces detained two Palestinians in two separate raids into the city. Forces detained Eyad ‘Abid and Eyad Abu Radha after breaking into and ransacking their houses in two separate raids into al-Bireh city and al-Jalazoun refugee camp.

Meanwhile, forces detained a Palestinian as they raided Shwaika village, north of Tulkarem, where they detained a Palestinian after breaking into and ransacking his house.

The detainee was identified as Nasri ‘Abdul-Hafith(dh), 35.

Meanwhile in the northern West Bank district of Qalqilya, forces detained a Palestinian in a raid into ‘Azzun village, east of the city. The detainee was identified as ‘Asem Swiadan, 19.

In the meantime in Hebron city, forces detained a Palestinian girl from the vicinity of Ibrahimi Mosque, known to Jews as Cave of the Patriarchs.

The detainee was identified as Areej Masalma, 16, who lives in Beit ‘Awwa village, southwest of the city.
