Israeli Forces Detain Seven Palestinians from Tulkarem, Bethlehem

TULKAREM, August 2, 2016 (WAFA) – Israeli forces Tuesday detained seven Palestinians during overnight raids across Tulkarem and Bethlehem districts, said security sources and Palestine Prisoner’s Society.

Forces raided Far’oun town, northeast of Tulkarem, storming and ransacking several houses and detaining four Palestinians.

The detainees were identified as Ahmad Obeid, 31, his brother, Hamza, 24, Muhammad Ayesh, 22, and Shadi Itheimer, 27.

Forces also raided Anabta town, east of Tulkarem, handcuffing and detaining Mahmoud Abu al-Asal, 34, after ransacking his house.

In the southern West Bank district of Bethlehem, forces detained Bader Abu-Galghif, 20, after storming and ransacking his house in al-Ebayyat locality, east the Bethlehem city.

They also detained Abdul-Halim Najajra, 22, during an overnight raid into Nahhalin village, west of Bethlehem.
