Israeli Settlers Torch Palestinian Vehicle near Nablus

NABLUS, October 1, 2013 (WAFA) – Israeli settlers torched early Tuesday a Palestinian vehicle in the village of Bourin, south of Nablus, according to a local activist.

Ghassan Daghlas, who monitors settlements in the north of the West Bank, said the settlers sneaked into the village during the night and set fire to the vehicle parked near a residence located at the outskirts of the village.

He said settler attacks against residents and vandalism of property have increased in the last week.

Settlers attacked farmers picking olives Monday night near Yanoun, he said.
