Suffocation Cases as Settlers Enter Joseph’s Tomb

NABLUS, September 17, 2014 (WAFA) – Confrontations erupted on Wednesday in Nablus after around 700 settlers stormed Joseph’s Tomb, according to local sources.

Witnesses said around 700 settlers entered the city under heavy army protection and stormed Joseph’s Tom where they conducted religious rituals, provoking confrontations between Israeli soldiers and angry residents. The soldiers fired tear gas canisters and stun grenades towards the residents, causing many of them to suffocate.
